Realplayer wont launch on FC4 - cannot find libstdc++.so.5

I installed Realplayer 10 for linux using an RPM, but whenever I try to open it I get the following error:

[root@localhost]# realplay
/usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Where does Realplayer look for libstdc++.so.5 ? If so can I create a symbolic link there?
