Not sure if anyone can help me with this. I'm trying to watch some webcasts with RealPlayerGold 10. I can hear the sound but there is no image. Also for example if I open a file menu the image of it gets "stuck" in the players screen.
Any idea what might cause this? I have no problems playing movies with Mplayer.
I don't know. Sounds like a real player problem itself. Do all of your other media players work? You may want to nuke realplay off of your system and install the latest release. https://player.helixcommunity.org/2005/downloads/
Does real player crash with all real media or just some? May be something made with an obsolete codec. Mplayer will play those old ones.
