real player installing

Your first error is just telling you that the RPM download did not properly finish, and that you should, perhaps, try to get the RPM from a different mirror or site.

The second is more puzzling. The message, itself, is just telling you that the program attempted to release a memory block that did not belong to the program. But, of course, that should never have occurred. Perhaps, again, the download had a problem and corrupted the .bin file.

I'd suggest that you try another rpm file download, from a close location, if possible.

first i wanted to thank u for helping ...
at the real player site there is only one mirror to download the rpm package ... and in other places such as softpedia.com ..

You don't mention the distribution you're using, but most RPM sites, for most distributions, will include copies of the realplayer rpm.

Look at http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/ to see if there's another place where you can get the RPM.
