getting the error above while tring to instal it from rpm file and the following after installing it successfully from .bin file and executing $ realplay &
Your first error is just telling you that the RPM download did not properly finish, and that you should, perhaps, try to get the RPM from a different mirror or site.
The second is more puzzling. The message, itself, is just telling you that the program attempted to release a memory block that did not belong to the program. But, of course, that should never have occurred. Perhaps, again, the download had a problem and corrupted the .bin file.
I'd suggest that you try another rpm file download, from a close location, if possible.

first i wanted to thank u for helping ...
at the real player site there is only one mirror to download the rpm package ... and in other places such as softpedia.com ..
