When GTP3 first came out, I was amazed at how awesome it was. It would be well worth the look to see if GTP4 worked with wine. I plan on buying it as soon as I can quit spending all of my money on hardware and games.

I have almost 5000 tabs that are in the GTP3 format. Which is cool, but the bad thing is I don't have any new stuff.

Tanek, what distro are you using?

i know SuSE you go in YaST and type in Xlibs and install that ....id imagine mandrake is the same. id get that error with GAIM...its either Xlibs and/or Xfree Dlevel? maybe its not even xgree at all. but yea, check your installer for Xlibs.

Guitar Pro 4 file format description in FRENCH

Hi,

I can translate the following file in english: "Guitar Pro 4 file format description in FRENCH "
My english is not so good, but it's a good start.

Do you still interested to get that translation?
(If not, I'll not spend time on this).

Midi and Translation

The translation of the has already been done by two people (they splilt the job)

I am working on the MIDI support (very new at this) if i make any interesting progress parsing the rest of the GTP4 files i will let you know.

Developers are more than wellcome to help me with the interpretation of the file or the other parts of the program.
