Re-installing GRUB

I run a dual boot system with XP and FC5, I had to re-install XP and it erased GRUB from my MBR, how do I go about re-installing it?

The grub manual has step-by-step instructions. Basically, boot from FC install cd (if the menu offers the opportunity to boot from hard drive, choose that), then re-install grub per the instructions in the refered manual.

when you boot, just type grub-install /dev/hda (or whatever disk you're booting from)
usually FC offers /boot partition for grub files, so look at parameter --root-directory=
