Remmina always worked for me, at least on XP and Win7. Don't know about Windows 8 or 10.

How would YOU feel if you found out that someone was looking over your shoulder - without you knowing about it - when you used your computer? Not that great of a feeling, is it...

I am a sysadmin with a couple of vnc over ssh connections to machines that are in production. Very seldom do I use vnc, but when and if I do, I try to make sure nobody else is using said computer, but if someone do they are alerted to my presence.

Like the sudo program says:
We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:
