Rdesktop and WIN2K Terminal Server

Just curious how I can install a 2k CAL into rdesktop so that I don't get the old 90-day limit for accessing a terminal server? Or even better would be, how do I make rdesktop identify itself as win2k so that it uses one of the unlimited cals?

I'm running into the same thing now.

Inquiring minds want to know! :)

Well, here's what I do: In your home directory there should be a .rdesktop directory. In that directory there should be a file named "licence.[yourhostname]. When you get the message that you licence is about to expire, just delet this file. When you login again, it should create a new file and "reset the clock" so to speak.

Well in my case I had the server configured for terminal services and not remote administration. D'oh! :(
