I have several Internet radio stations that I listen to. I can bring them all into an Amarok playlist. But whatever I try, I haven't been able to play anything but the first one on the list. I try stopping it and selecting another, but the choice always goes back to the first one.
Is there a way to play something other than the first stream on the playlist?
Is a radio stream a playlist or a component of a playlist?
I guess I'm confused. Is a radio stream a playlist in and of itself or is it a component of a playlist? And why does it continue playing when I remove it from the playlist?
Some of the choices that show up when I click on a radio stream in the playlist window don't make much sense for a radio stream, such as "repeat track".
Unfortunately the help file doesn't help with questions like this.
You could include files as well as streams in a playlist. Consider a playlist as a folder where everything else, streams and music files, are just files. I think the stream is continuing playing when you remove it from the playlist. This is a normal behaviour, you will have to stop the playing using the stop button.
