Unhappy Radeon 8500 all-in-wonder tuner problem!

I am running Redhat 9.0 and have a Radeon 9500 all-in-wonder card. I have installed Gatos and all of the other stuff that I needed for avview to work. When I start avview, it gives me nothing but snow. I set it to tuner and to us_cable, but still the same, only snow. Any ideas? I would gladly use a different software too if there is anything else out there for the tv tuner. Thank You

I've been searching all over high and low on the web to figure this out and have absolutely nothing. I don't remember even finding a site on the web implying that anybody has ever gotten it to work on the AIW cards.

So I would much appreciate any info too.
