quick question - mounting/unmounting drives

Hey folks,

I have a quick question.

I have an old scsi tower with 6 drives in it. My plan is to hook it up to my system, and burn the contents onto CD so I can get the freak'in thing off my desk.

What I don't want to happen is everytime I boot my system, it looks for/tries to mount those 6 drives.

IF that does happen, what file do I need to edit and/or configuration change do I need to make so it doesn't look for those drives anymore?

Looking for theinfo before I do it.

I am running Suse 9.0

Thanks a lot in advance - tw

Edit the /etc/fstab file and either delete the entries for the drives or change the option to noauto.
