questions for openbox3 users.....

I've a couple questions about openbox3

1) how do I set a keybinding? I want ctrl-alt-x to exec 'xmmsctrl next' for example

2) is there a way to set where new windows open? for example, I'd like all new windows to open with top-right corner at a certain x,y value. so that it aligns under xfce4 taskbar at the top right of the screen.

3) is there a way to launch apps with/without window decorations?

so far these are the only things I haven't been able to figure out from the docs, thanks
