Cool Question with apache

Hi everybody.

I have question about this package. The reason is this

[root@gnome conf.d]# service httpd reload
Reloading httpd: [FAILED]
[root@gnome conf.d]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]
Starting httpd: [ OK ]

What's wrong with it? just to be sure enough. So the Centos local mirror works as it's expected.

There's nothing wrong. It failed on stopping because it wasn't running yet. It then succeeded on starting.
