Quality Open Office Templates for Flyers

I've been all over google with no luck. I only found web pages that confused me and was not what I was looking for. Has anyone found templates OO Writer Flyers? I've got to make dozens and dozens, and what I mean is that for each one of the dozen Flyers I create, they must be printed out several times as well. Thanks for the help and support.

You will be making flyers but you need a template? I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Maybe you mean that you just need columns set up...hmmm...

Here's a free OpenOffice flyer or brochure template...use and abuse if it fits what you need. I'll probably submit it to OOo...

P.S.
1. It's just one page for now - duplicate and edit as needed
2. There's .125" bleed around the edges making this suitable for 8.5x11" flyers, hope you are USian
3. Haven't printed it out and tested it yet - you'll want to do that and make any minor column adjustments.

What is this? Greek for Bible junk? Sorry, I am not interested. I won't get into religious debate, but I am proud of who I am, and one of the things I am is Atheist. I could be mistaken what that is, but I'd suggest not to submit anything that is political or religious as that is controversial.

I appreciate your support and trying to help. What I was thinking was that there must be templates for fliers just like there are templates for resumes, etc. for M$ Office and even found some for OOW. Exactly what I am looking for in a template is not known by me. I just want something professional looking. If not, I'll create fliers from scratch. I'll have to see what M$ Office 07 has for flyer templates if any, and then I can convert those and use them in OO.

I'm not sure what type of flyer yours is an example of, but the ones I plan on creating are for small business advertisements that can be posted up on bulletin boards with thumb tacks, such as the plant business I and a few others plan on having. I will also be having a website and link to that website from the flyer as well as a Google business and Ebay business, so the business I plan on starting will be both local and national or international. Plants that travel on wheels or by jet fuel will have to be shipped in boxes carefully using certain procedures and promptly. I'm getting a little off topic. Thanks for the support.

LOL.

Well, I guess you'll dig something up, somewhere.

btw: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lorem_ipsum

There's nothing religious about what I made, other than the placeholder artwork which includes all the elements you'd need for a kickass trifold flyer. Watermark, full bleed color, columns, margins, line spacing, color scheme, etc. So this is all stuff that you would replace with your own info. Change whatever you like.

But hey, I'm happy to hear that you are proud of who you are.

If you can, next time provide more specific details up front, so those of us who help can see what you want in our mind's eye. Most of what you wrote in that last paragraph in your reply would have been instructive.

Smile inkscape and scribus (also Lorem ipsum on cushions!)

If you are making flyers check out inkscape and scribus.
Both svg editors and they give very good control over constructing posters or flyers. Print/export to pdf.
Inkscape maybe is a bit more friendly to start with.

http://www.inkscape.org/
http://www.scribus.net/

Inkscape project has associated projects to collect clip-art and other resources but I haven't managed to find any collection of templates.

I came across Lorem ipsum first on cushions. I thought it was latin. I looked it up on web and was bewildered to find it was partial text and didn't translate too well!? Thanks so much for explaining FINALLY.
