QT Designer and QT Creator

Is QT Designer is the same as QT Creator?

Centos comes with QT Designer, but it seems it can not generate .cpp code from window menu!

Do I need to have QT Creator too?

I don't know about CentOS but in Debian they are 2 different packages: qtcreator and libqt4-designer.
