qt-3.1.2 header and libraries...where are they?

Hi all!!

I've tried to uptain some themes for KDE 3.1 but, most of them requiere qt-3.1 headers and libraries....I thought they were in the qt-devel pakage that i download from www.kde.org (RH9 rpms), but it seems that they're not there...

Where i can download them from??

Thanx in advance

OK, i have managed to get the scripts of the themes recognise the Qt headers and libraries via flags....
Now i get another error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

Please i need help!!! This is breaking my balls!
