Qmail + Vqadmin Mysql Error?!

Not sure what in the world is going on here. I'm following the directions off of qmailrocks.org as I have numerous times before. The onyl difference this time is the server is Red Hat Enterprise Linxu V4 instead of V3. The guide worked flawlesly last time for V3 so I'm not sure if its the v4 edition of RHEL or something else...

Everything has worked perfectly up until the vqadmin step. I compile and install vqadmin as the directions on qmailrocks.org but when I try and load the vqadmin.cgi file I see this in my /var/log/httpd/error_log

[Sun Mar 06 21:47:39 2005] [error] [client 55.55.55.55] MySQL ERROR: Unknown database 'test'
[Sun Mar 06 21:47:39 2005] [error] [client 55.55.55.55] MySQL user admin not found: /cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi
[Sun Mar 06 21:47:41 2005] [error] [client 55.55.55.55] File does not exist: /var/www/favicon.ico

( I have obviously changed the IP address )

What the heck is vqadmin doing with mysql? During the configure stage it even said 'MySQL Support: Disabled' I've also tried following the directions from inter7's website, which are identical, and I get the same result. I am totally stumped here and have google'd my brains out for any lead I can find..

-ANY- help is -GREATLY- appreciated!

Jason
