It seems to be up but I'm still not able reach your server. Have you checked with your ISP to see if they block incomming connections on port 25?

Are you sure your IP address is correct - it looks like you have set the dns to point to your ISPs proxy server:
~> dig +short mail.baayu.com.np
202.79.53.70

~> dig +short -x 202.79.53.70
bhw-proxy.hons.com.np.

Yes I have two domain name running in the same system with single ip address.
One is baayu.com.np and another is bhw-proxy.hons.com.np. bhw-proxy.com.np was running from the begining. now setup the mail server on the same server on same ip. Won't it work?

It should definately work if it was the same system, I just assumed that the proxy was your ISPs. You may want to check that they allow incomming connections on port 25.

Yes it's the same system running both proxy and mail server. And I it's port 25 is open for incomming mail connection.

I'm able to connect to the smtp server now and I've tried to send another test e-mail but I get a "502 unimplemented (#5.5.1)" error.

Can you check the qmail logs for timestamps about now and see what error was given on the server end.
