Question qmail forwarding issue

I think my issue can be solved but I haven't found it discussed anywhere and I've been googling for a while!

Anyway, I am using the latest ver of qmail (1.03?) and ran into a problem with mailing road runner clients. It seems that RR blocks any mail that is coming from a dynamic IP (which I have). This is fine but since my isp, of course, will route my mail for me. My problem is that i need to authenticate to my isp's smtp server from within qmail and I haven't been able to find out how. Do any of you know if it's possible (or impossible)? If you could relay that info to me, that would be awesome!
