Hi

to finish the story, i moved to Centos7, installed Vbox4-3 and the VM with the vmdk works, but maybe for a lack of config(i dont know why) the VMs ran veeeery slow, so i uninstall Vbox and install again KVM, and the VMs run fine.

With the version of qemu-img(1.5.3) provided with Centos7, the conversion to qcow2 works perfect so i can create the VM with no problems.

Regards

Thanks for the update and solution.

Odd that it fails. Could be the person who created the package that you downloaded made a mistake.
