Q: Provide Live Chat support

Hello,

I want to provide Live Chat support for my Web Site. A search on Google return an overwhelming number of hits. I just want to ask what are the few most widely used and trusted Live Chat software for Linux (preferably open-sourced). TIA.

It looks like I will have to depend hab.la for the service. If hab.la network is down or if the company changes their policies, my service will be in trouble.
