Q?: How to create your Own KDE Theme?

Is it easy to make a native KDE Theme ( Windows style / Widgets style )
It would be nice to have a howto do it. I want KDE to be as themeable as Firefox )

has some how-to and guides and making your own themes/icons/window decorations, etc..........

Thank You, but I think it is outdated ( KDE 2.x series ), and I think Konstruct is for building KDE From Sources.
