Puresecure install with existing LAMP setup-- Possible?

I was wondering if anyone on LQ has installed Puresecure without running the readymade scripts--which want to install Apache/MySQL for you--and are a pain in the ass. I have (and have had) LAMP working fine. I have a few blogs, a bulletin board, a wiki, and a bunch of other shit I don't want to reinstall, just for the sake of Puresecure. As we all know, dealing with filesystem structure in Apache can be a pain and takes a while to get *just right*.

I'm sure someone has done this, just looking for a place to start here.

Thanks!
Noah

Answered my own question. By the way, Puresecure is made by Demarc and is a TIDS. Snort frontend.

That's how we do it manually.
