pure ftp problem

I completed pure-ftp (1.0.18) installation, now I trying to add ssl/tls encrytion layer. I already have ssh & ssl ( 0.9.6b) install and running. When I execute pure-ftp command I get an error. I already created self-signed certificate using "openssl req -x509" and it generate pure-ftpd.pem file. Here is the error messages I receive. Any ideas to fix this?

[root@mr private]# /usr/local/sbin/pure-ftpd --tls=2 &
[1] 8250
[root@mrtprivate]# 421 Sorry, but that file doesn't exist: [yes]
