Public key for ***.rpm is not installed

Hi all - This is my first post.

I got this error and found very confusing threads around about to fix this, so I thought I would post my solution.

I firstly assume you've done http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration/

I don't have screenies of the results because I tried a lot of things before I found one that worked.

Firstly I un installed the rpmfusion-(non and )free
yum --disablerepo=rpmfusion-*

Then I re installed
su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/...ble.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfr...ble.noarch.rpm'
as per above

This left me with
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: rpmfusion-free

for which I found this
http://bugs.amahi.org/issues/show/761
rm /etc/yum.repos.d/rpmfusion-*
and then
yum update

and now it works
I thought this might help people as it took me around 8 hours to find these commands etc.

???
what operating system is this ????????
fedora 15 ??????
centos5.6?????
RHEL6.1 ??????

guessing fedora 15
why the localinstall ?
and why the --nogpgcheck ?
and why did you NOT type in "y" when yum asked you if you wanted to add the the key

apparently you typed in " n "
for fedora 15
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mjm-fedora-f15.html

Code:
su -
/* your root password when asked */
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm
yum update
then say YES when it asks you to import the key

Your right it is Fedora 15

I did not say No at any stage - this being a test box I accepted and Y'd to every option.
However I never got asked. Maybe it's a one off and maybe I said yes to remove it somewhere.
This is the fix if you get this issue, as just redoing it seemed to not work (as per your reply).

Thanks and now let this die a natural death at the bottom of the forums.
