ps2pdf issue with PDF on a Mac

Hello All,

I use ps2pdf in Linux to create PDF files which works well. I created a file the other day and then when I was done I opened the file in Adobe Reader without issue. I sent the file to a friend and she has a MAC when she opened the file she couldn't view the text in the documents as it displayed everything with boxes. I opened it on my Windows PC without issue. I thought it was because of EmbedAllFonts but I then noticed that the default is true. Does anyone know what option I need with ps2pdf to fix?
