I wonder if I can convert a file PS to PDF, entering information (such as header) in the final outcome as PDF.

ps2pdf is a script that calls Ghostscript to convert PS docs to PDF docs.. is that what you are looking for?

Another option if you are just printing printing a document is to install the cups-pdf printer package. then any application that can print, can create PDF files

I want to convert PS to PDF, but i want to add informations (I want to put a header in each page) and convert this PS with the header to a PDF file.

Then maybe flpsed may work for you.

or convert the PS file to PDF and use PDFedit

I don't know a way to automate what you want to do though..

And there is any document format (except TXT) that I can put a header automatically before transform it in a PDF document? I must to use only the Konsole to make this modifications.
