Question Program to scan a directory and hard link common files?

Is there any program out there that can scan a directory and hard link any files which are identical?

I've got a stage area which is creating new builds, and I need to keep the old stage area around for a bit do to audit policies. Thing is 90% of the files in the staging area are identical.

So want to hard link to save space.
