Program to monitor wireless activity?

hi. i've started using wireless more now that i have a laptop and was curious if there was a program to allow me view statistics about my wireless activity such as signal strength, etc. I have network related programs like nmap, ethereal, and kismet on the laptop but don't think any of those give me much detail about my own stats or signal strength. Thanks for any replies in advance.
