Program to edit Meta-Info of jpg files

I'm looking for a program to edit the Meta-Info (right mouse click on a file / Properties / Meta-Info in KDE) of files.

When I'm downloading the picture files from my digital camera, there many informations stored as Meta-Info in those files. It would be nice if I could add/change some of those infos.

thanks, phase9
