Program to analyze flash (.swf) files

I am after a program that runs under Linux and can analyse flashfiles. The only thing it needs to analyze is the stoptime. If there is no such program, I wonder if someone know where to find the format on flashfiles, so I can write the program myself.

Thanks in advance
Christian

OpenOffice 1.1 can write SWF files. So, if you don't find the proper specs, you could look into the OO1.1 source code and reverse engineer the format from there.
