Program suitable for testing suction engine

I have developed a suction engine (suction and compression of air) but before building a physical prototype I would like to test the computer model on the computer to see if it will work or not, and get a rough estimate of air pressure. I was wondering what sort of program would be best for this kind of application. I already looked up on physics engines and mathematical engines but to no avail for the physics engines seem to be for render or games.

If you're just interested in operating parameters, a spreadsheet could do the job. So long as you don't need to solve integrodifferential equations, you'll be alright. Everything should be describable by some algebraic function (e.g., the ideal gas law, adiabatic compression, etc.). Sounds like you just want a proof of concept, if your spreadsheet tells you the discharge temperature will be 50,000 degrees C, maybe you should rethink the design .
