Hello All,
I am using Mandrake 10.1 and i have installed office 2.0 beta and Gaim 1.1.4. ...my prblem is that i can't see them on my menu...i can manually start the program etc...even they are on the uninstall list(confirming that they are installed succesfully) but i can't get them on the menu. I tried the menudrake and see the the programs on it but can see them on my menu bar...
Thank you Steve, the problem is that i see the office programs in the menu editor and able to customise them but when i click on the star of the KDE, the menu does not diplay them....
Moreover, any change i do in the menueditor does not apply to the menu...i don't forget to save before quitting the menu editor...that's my first day with linux and i am nıt very powerful about the subject...

I don't know what the Mandrake 10.1 desktop looks like. There may be more than one menu available on the desktop. Try right clicking on "the star of the KDE" and see if you can get a menu editor for that menu.
