program as customizable as mp3info for id3 v2

I am looking for a program which will output id3 v2 tags in a customizable way, such as mp3info does for id3 v1.x.

All the progs I have tried do not allow such customization of their output. They are very customizable for setting tags but not reading them.

EDIT:
sorry for the quick edit but i am looking for command-line.

Thanks in advance,

Phil V

I can't remember why I switched from mp3info, maybe it didn't work on my 64-bit machine, but anyway, I am now using mp3report.
