Question Proftpd user priority

When an user loges in....the /etc/limits sets the priority for the processes that the user runs....
But when the user downloads/uploads via ftp.... "users ...proftpd"
the proftpd process gets the default priority "0"
Can I change the user ftp priority in proftpd.conf?
