ProFTPD: Set umask so that directories are created with 'sticky bit' on.

I use ProFTPD Version 1.2.10 and would like to setup that when a user creates a directory it automatically has the permission 755 and sticky bit on... but whatever i change in proftpd.conf, it doesn't work

I tried things like:

Umask 022 1002
Umask 022 01002

Does anybody know if this is even possible with FTP?

Got a reply from the proftp-user mailing list:
the sticky bit can't be added using umask. Maybe mod_exec and running chmod after each mkdir, or other module that can do this (If there's any)
