proftpd - limit user browsing to there dir only


Anyone know what I would need to put into the very small/simple proftpd.conf to limit users to thre home directory and ONLY there home directory?

don't want them lurking the entire system downloading conf's n such.

here is the info on proftp

however anything other than anonymous ftp is risky

you should use sftp, scp, or https
