I am blind

I started looking again and apparently I overlooked the answer it was right in front of my face. ANy one that wants to know how use MasqueradeAddress in the /etc/proftpd.conf file and you can put in either an IP or a host name. I guess I should look things over again and a gain and wait until I am totally stumped before asking questions. And please that was rhetoric so n oone please answer with a smart a$$ remark.
