ProFTPd & Logwatch

Hi all,

I have a Debian Sarge server with ProFTPd and Logwatch. ProFTPd uses pam_unix for authentication (each user (except root of course) has an FTP account).

I also have logwatch on the server, which email me its nice daily reports. The problem is, logwatch doesn't properly recognise the proftpd entries, which currently appear in auth.log.

How can I set up ProFTP & logwatch so that the proftpd entries are recognised and summarised by logwatch?

Thanks in Advance

Athon Solo
