ProFtp problems
 

ok, i've searched the main site, a detailed site in the UK AND i've tried to use Webmin, yet still i CAN NOT get a user name and password enabled on my Proftpd server. AT ALL. i've even searched the forums and came up with spit in return. so does anyone have any idea how to add a user name and password to the Proftpd.conf file? and i dont need links to MORE websites i need it posted. i've searched to long and too much and i'm tired of trial and error. so if anyone could please post it here i would be in your debt. thank you very much for your help.
