well i sort of solved it. when i try to connect with internal ip it send my internal ip to the server.
when i try to connect with my external ip my firewall (sbox)doesnt send an ip he send his name (my.firewall).
when my friends try to connect from the outside they connect to my server and i can see they ip too.
now all i have to find out is how to change this option on my firewall, if it can be done ofcource.
