procmail recipe for charset conversion

I need some help to put the last pieces together for UTF-8 support. UTF-8 emails work great in my mutt/Xterm window but the problem is my poor korean colleagues are unknowingly sending me euc-kr /ks_c_5601-1987 encoded emails from their Winbloze boxes. I am assuming these need conversion via a procmail recipe. Something like this:

* 1^0 B ?? Content-Type: text/(html|plain)(;[ ]*$?[ ]*charset="euc-kr|ks_c_5601-1987")
iconv #what goes here?

If there is a better way to do this, I am open to suggestions.
