problen with Qt in debian sarge

Hi
I've got a littel problem with my linux. I'm user of Debian Sarge. i've tried to compile a collins dictionary layer and this problem appeared:
....
checking for Qt
Qt library name... failed
configure: error: Cannot compile a simple Qt executable. Check you have the right $QTDIR !
I know thereis no Qt in stable distribution. what should I install then?

The correct name of qt library package is libqt3c102-mt, plus you'll need it's developement package (libqt3-mt-dev).
