problems with wine while changing workspace

hi....
i use a windows software "waste" ( software which allows file sharing, chatting...etc. ) using wine. While using wine if I remain in a single workspace, then the software runs fine. But when I change workspace and come back to the prev workspace, all the "waste windows" become completely blank. Even when I try to close the other windows( ones other than the main waste window) , the window sticks there. I can minimise them but cannot close them. The only way i m able to close them is by closing the main window ( which i am able to close ). This has become a bit painful for me...
what should I do to get rid of this problem???
Plz. Help.....
