Problems with VBscript in Netscape 7.2

I can't run any vbscripts with netscape 7.2 , it comes up with the following error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'

Permission denied

This comes from the chat on outaouaisweb.com , also the menu on the side doesn't load.

Does anyone know how to fix this?!?

i did a google for "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'" and got over three thousand results... i took a quick look and it seemed like it's usually a permissions issue, but i'm not sure...

i think if you google this you'll figure it out...
