Just wonding if anyone could help me with this little problem that i am having. I tried looking around the forums and google but couln't find a solution.

I reciently built a new pc and installed Fedora Core 4 and wanted to link it to my old WindowsXP box. I'm using a USB-KVM switch by 'Cables Unlimited' and it works by pressing [Scroll Lock] twice. It works great except i can't get my Scroll Lock key to work under XWindows on the Linux box.

I'm able to swtich back and forth while in console mode, but once XWindows runs the Scroll Lock is disabled and i cannot go back to the XP box. How do i enable the Scroll Lock key to work and light on/off under Linux?

It would be great if anyone could help me out, i'm trying to depoly some new software under win & *nix so switching back and forth quickly is extremely important for me.

does anyone know how to enable Scroll Lock under the XWindows system? Guessing there is a setting to enable it agian somewhere. if there is no way to do it, please let me know
