Problems with Samba configuration - Cannot set permissions right

Dear All

Can anyone help? I am trying to backup a microsoft WHS to my Fedora Core 13 box. I am setting Samba up via webmin.

I can see the shares on the MS box. I am logging in from the MS box from Administrator account and have created an 'Adimistrator' account with same password on the samba box. (samba user Administrator)

Linux server is 192.168.192.6
WHS 192.168.192.5

If I try and connect to the apps share I get this error

[2011/03/16 14:52:33.292515, 0] smbd/service.c:988(make_connection_snum)
canonicalize_connect_path failed for service apps, path /media/data/apps

Any help appreciated. ( testparm, ls-al and config outputs below )

ls -al Output /media

[root@virtual /]# ls -al /media
total 14
drwxr-xr-x. 4 root root 4096 Mar 16 08:58 .
dr-xr-xr-x. 27 root root 4096 Mar 15 17:00 ..
drwxrwxrwx. 8 paul paul 4096 Mar 16 09:34 data
dr-x------. 9 paul paul 596 Jul 13 2008 UDF Volume

ls -al Output /media/data

[root@virtual data]# ls -la
total 12
drwxr-xr-x. 3 root root 4096 Mar 16 14:55 .
dr-xr-xr-x. 27 root root 4096 Mar 15 17:00 ..
drwxrwxrwx. 2 root root 4096 Mar 16 14:55 apps

Try this; in particular section 4 Adding users. Make sure the samba password is set, this is different than the regular linux user account password.

Code:
smbpasswd -a Administrator
