Question Problems with oversized fonts

I'm running Mandrake 10, with fluxbox as a window manager. The problem I'm having, is some applications, such as Mozilla, have absolutely massive fonts in the menus, that I consider an eye sore. I like everything as small as i can get it. No matter what I try, the fonts remain huge (Look at the picture to see what I'm talking about).

Please respond if you're willing to help me correct this *minor* problem :-)
Thanks,
Nick

Why don't you just sit further away from the screen? The fonts will look smaller.
