Unhappy Problems with exiting MPlayer.

Ok, so I finally got ALMOST everything running smoothly in Gentoo... and I love it. But I still have a few problems, one of which is with MPlayer. Ok, so I load a video file and watch it. But when it ends... or whenever I go to close MPlayer I get an error and it restarts the movie... then I close it again and get the error once more but then Mplayer finally closes. Now I know this isnt a big problem but it is anoying as hell... heres the error:

KDEInit could not launch 'mplayer'

So who ever can help me I would much appreciate it... thanks again guys.
