Problems with emerge -p on gentoo

Hello there
WHen I try to do some emerge -p on some packages everything goes fine, but on some others I get the following message a few times before I get the list of the packages to be emerged

QA Notice: has_version() in global scope: eclass gtk-engines2

Could It have something to do with the USE variable?
Thanks

I searched the Gentoo forums. Do a emerge sync. That fixed the others at least.
