Problems with Darwin Calendar Server & Twisted Framework
I keep getting the following errors when executing "caldavd" from a terminal prompt. It looks to me like there are permissions errors, but I don't know how to fix it exactly. Here's what it says....
jeff@CalServer ~ $ caldavd
Reading configuration from file: /etc/caldavd/caldavd.plist

% (description, dirpath)

I know Windows much better than Linux, so you won't insult me if you treat me as a noob and spell things out for me. Just being honest. Thanks in advance!

I'm running Linux Mint 16, and I installed it using the Synaptic Package Manager. I've edited the Caldav.PList and Sudoers.PList files for passwords and users, but I'm not sure that I've got that correct, either. I think that I also ran a python script or something as well, but it's been a while since I installed it. I think the Darwin version is 3.2, if that helps.
I did see a test program on the Darwin forum, but I have no idea how to install or run it.

Does anyone know anything about this? Seems like a simple permissions issue, but then, what do I know!

You way want to run this as root
/etc/init.d/caldav start or something like that.
